seagrape female tree

by alka
(USA)

Female tree is highly desirable to many people. There should be some way of identifying male from female when trees are young plants because it takes appx 8 years for a tree to produce fruit. In some places, only a male tree is desired due to need for cleanliness.
Please let us know if there is a way of identifying these male/female trees without having to wait for years.
