Problem with Carolina Jasmine leaves turning yellow

I live in Selmer TN, last year I planted a Carolina jasmine that I bought from Lowes. It was doing fine at the beginning, we were having a very dry summer. I am afraid that I may have over watered the vine. Towards the end of Autumn and into winter the leaves started turning yellow with reddish burgundy spots in them.
Please tell me if there is anything I can do to restore the vine to health is looking really sad and sickly

Thank you very much
Barbara
