Night blooming jasmine - twice?

I absolutely love my one night blooming jasmine bush - it has more than doubled in size since I got it in June!!! - but I do have questions about it. Mine bloomed in June and now it is blooming again and it is late Sept. Is this usual? I am in Pennsylvania, near Pittsburgh, and will take it inside for the winter - will it bloom again over the winter? And, why are so many leaves turning yellow and falling off?
