Caring for croton plants
by: Steve

The croton plant, Scientifically know as Codiaeum variegatum has beautifully colored leaves and many different leaf shape and sizes. As a tropical plant, it grows best under bright, sunny locations. In fact, the amount of sunlight it receives will affect leaf colors. Keep it under warm and humid conditions and supply it plenty of water. It prefers sandy, well-drained soil, but will grow in other soil types. Croton plants are best suited for USDA grow zones 9b to 11.

Good Luck
