Heather Plant Leave Tips Turnig Brown

I bought a Heather plan from a local garden store. It was in need of some attention. I planted it. Watered it and now I mist it about every three days. The tips are turning down, as if to say it's sad? What am I doing wrong? Maybe the shock of being replanted? I don't know. Thoughts?
For your info. I live in MN. It's in a window now were it gets some sun but understand it will need more filtered light, once the summer arrives.
