cow manure and straw fertilizer in a greenhouse?

Hello,

I was giving compost for my greenhouse this year unfortunately I have never worked with Cow manure mixed with straw and saw dust. I know this has great benefits in a garden I am just not sure how this will work in a greenhouse. Any helpful info. would be greatly appreciated.
