Caring for Agavas

I have attached several picks of some Agavas I am caring for at my parents house. The East pic is of a healthy cactus and the west is of one that is starting to show signs of sickness. And the last one is of one that has died and I am afraid the west pick is on its way. Any advice of what to do????? Thank you.
