blue plumbago

I have a neighbor that has a blue plumbago, it is in about a five gallon pot; but she never prunes it, and she throws the seeds away. I have been generous to her with sharing my plants but she want share the plumbago with any one. I would like to have some seed or even a small plant. the ones I have found are large ones and very expensive. how can I find a small plant? Click here to read or post comments.
