This blue plumbago plant growing on a neighbor’s fence has clusters of beautiful blue flowers and light green leaves. It makes quite a conversation piece to passing cars and people taking a stroll. This plant can be found everywhere here in Central Florida. The plant will add a splash of color no matter where it is placed. It can be seen growing along fences, boarders, and alone in an area where nothing but grass exists. Bees and butterfly are often seen hanging around its flowers. I’ve seen them growing in direct sunlight as well as shaded areas. The blue plumbago plant can become quite impressive in size if not trimmed. Great plant for warm climate areas.
