Thousand of night blooming jasmine flowers. by: Kerry
What an absolutely incredible photo of a night blooming jasmine plant. I have seen the night jasmine before but never with so many flowers. The night air must have all the neighbors asking what is that smell!
I've been around confederate jasmine, jasmine sambac, orange jasmine, Carolina jasmine and the always fragrant gardenias. In my opinion, the nigh blooming jasmine is the most fragrant of them all.
Too bad the blooms last only a few days. If I could only can up the aroma and sell it as a perfume I'd be a rich man. The night blooming jasmine plant rocks. Pure pleasure sitting outdoors relaxing when the bush is in bloom.

love your night jasmine by: wlee
I have never seen a night jasmine. Do they grow in the upper part of South Carolina? Where did you buy it from? I would love a cutting or plant. Please let me know.
Answer: Yes, the night blooming jasmine can be grown in South Carolina. Here in Florida you can find them at gardening stores. I've seen them for sale on E-bay. You may also check out http://www.toptropicals.com/cgi-bin/garden_catalog/cat.cgi The name is:Night Blooming Jasmine, Queen of the Night, Night Jessamine, Lady of the Night. I hope this helps.
